Crochet Amigurumi Snowman Pattern

When you live in the desert, where there isn't much snow, snowmen tend to be a bit on the small-ish side.

This charming little fellow is the perfect example of an Arizona snowman. He stands about six inches tall (when he's wearing his hat) and he's filled with frijoles.

He's crocheted, amigurumi style, with Premier Yarns Serenity Sock Weight in Soft White, filled with navy beans, and topped off with a Charcoal colored hat.
Since this is the season of giving, it seems like the perfect time to share the printable, PDF pattern for my Amigurumi Arizona Snowman.  (It's best viewed with Adobe Reader.)

I hope he spreads some happiness your way. Happy crocheting!

  1. What an adorable snowman! I'm a knitter myself, but cute projects like this totally make me want to learn to crochet. xoxo

    1. I am a knitter, too. There's just something so relaxing about working with yarn, knit or crochet. I love both!

  2. I love your little blue bird and AZ snowman patterns. I have an iPad and am unable to view the patterns in Google Docs. Would it be possible to email the PDFs to me. I am making wreaths for the seasons and these two would be perfect for Spring and next winter.
    Thanks in advance,
    Bertha Hawley

    1. I am happy to send you the PDFs.Thanks for letting me know that Google Docs doesn't work on iPads. I'll look into saving future patterns another way so you can access them easier.

    2. Hi Bertha,

Try downloading the files again. I made a couple changes to how they are accessed. If you still have a problem, email me at thechillydog@gmail.com and I can send them to you instead. Thanks for your patience :)
