Cotton washcloths are my go-to project when I need a little mindless stress relief. They are a quick project that you can work on while you are watching TV or waiting at the DMV. And, of course, knit cotton washcloths are a treat to use in the kitchen or bath and they make great housewarming or hostess gifts.

Materials

  • Lily Sugar n' Cream Yarn in your favorite color (I used cornflower, rose pink and yellow) on4 oz/113 g skein is enough for 2-3 washcloths
  • US size 7 (4.5 mm) knitting needles

Directions

Cast on 36, then follow the stitch chart for 55 rows. Bind off.
