Correcting Mistakes: How to Tink or Un-Knit a Row of Stitches (Knit and Purl)
Everybody makes mistakes from time to time. Luckily, when you notice an error in the row you are knitting, fixing it can be as easy as tinking a few stitches.

Before You Begin

You may have already noticed, that "tink" is the word "knit" spelled backwards. When you tink your knitting, it just means that you are backing up by unknitting some of the stitches in your row.
