The Turkish cast on seems almost too good to be true. It's quick and arguably easier than any other method for casting on.
Before You Begin
The Turkish cast on is considered a double-sided cast on because it creates two rows of stitches that are connected in the middle. This method is primarily used for projects that are knit in the round starting with an enclosed end (e.g., toe up socks, top down hats or mittens, bottom up bags).
