Moving the End of Round for Small Circumference Knitting

Most of the time when you're knitting around a small circumference, like for socks or mittens, your end of round (EOR) stays in the same column of stitches or if it changes, you can just move a marker. However, occasionally changing the EOR requires you to shift the stitches on your knitting needles.
Technically, you can reposition your sts to account for the new EOR first, and then finish the process by knitting from the old EOR to the new EOR. However, I usually find it easiest to knit to the new EOR first and then rearrange my sts, so that is what I’ll be demonstrating on all 4 styles of small circumference knitting needles, rigid DPNS, flexible DPNs, 2 circular needles and the magic loop method with one circular needle.
