Cable Cast On Two Ways

When I first started knitting I didn't realize just how many different ways there are to cast on stitches. The cable cast on is very similar to the knit cast on, that many beginners learn, and it creates a pretty, twisted edge to your knitting.

There are two ways to do the cast on. One creates a more subtle, flat edge and the other is more prominent and dimensional.
