Watch The Chilly Dog on YouTube. We have hundreds of free knitting tutorials.

Enroll in one of our on-line knitting courses for self-paced, advertisement-free learning. From cast on to bind off, and all the stitches in between – whether you are new to knitting or have been at it for years, our lessons are crafted to help you knit every stitch with confidence.

Where do I find the knitting patterns I purchased from the pattern shop?

Our website and pattern shop are hosted on two different platforms. You can find information about your previous pattern purchases by logging into your customer account on our pattern shop site.

Do companies pay you to use their products?

Nope. We just use the products we like. However, we build relationships with trusted collaborative partners , who offer products we love and they generously provide us with yarn, knitting needle and notion support.

When I login, I see a tiny picture on my account page. Where did it come from, and how can I change it?

We use the globally recognized Gravatar system for member profile images. Head over to Gravatar to create or update your member avatar. This image will also display on any other Gravatar-enabled website.
