Do companies pay you to use their products?
Nope. We just use the products we like. However, we build relationships with trusted collaborative partners , who offer products we love and they generously provide us with yarn, needle and notion support.

What is the difference between subscribing and becoming a member?
When you subscribe for news we will send you an occasional e-newsletter (usually a couple each month) with updates about what's happening around our site and pattern shop.
When you Join the Pack and become a member you are granted full access to view all of the posts/pages on our site, receive special discount codes for free patterns from our shop, are invited to our virtual Stitch Counsel meetings and get priority knitting help when you need it.
Members also receive our occasional e-newsletter in addition to emails regarding special membership perks.
Who handles my credit card payments?
Your payment information is securely processed by Stripe. We never see, or have access to your credit card information.
How do I change my membership e-mail address or credit card information?
Simply sign-in to your account and make the desired changes.
When I login, I see a tiny picture in the corner of the screen. Where did it come from, and how can I change it?
We use the globally recognized Gravatar system for member profile images. Simply head over to Gravatar to create or update your member avatar. This image will also display on any other Gravatar-enabled website.
When my membership auto-renews, how much will I be charged?
Nobody likes surprise rate hikes! Even if we raise our membership prices, your membership will auto-renew at the price you agreed to when you became a member.
