Two-Color Gathered Bind Off

The gathered bind off, also known as the one-over-two bind off, is what I consider to be a specialty bind off. It's not difficult, but it doesn't create an all-purpose finish. However, this technique works beautifully for double knitting projects because it gathers in the edge stitches and prevents the final stitches of your project from flaring out unattractively.
